The purpose of the proposed Official Community Plan (OCP) is to establish a comprehensive policy framework to guide future land use, development, municipal servicing, environmental management, and community growth throughout the municipality.
The proposed Zoning Bylaw will regulate the use and development of land and buildings within the municipality, including zoning districts, development standards, permitting procedures and other regulations consistent with the OCP.

Public hearings regarding these proposed bylaws will be at the regular council meeting on July 8, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. in the Bradwell Community Centre Hall at 221 2nd Avenue, BRADWELL, SK. If you are unable to attend, written comments must be received at the RM office prior to the hearing.
