2017 OFFICIAL COMMUNITY PLAN AND ZONING BYLAW UPDATE
The Council of the R.M. of Blucher No. 343 has given third reading to bylaws 06-2017, the Official Community Plan, and 07-2017 the Zoning Bylaw. We wish to thank all members of the public for their input during this process.
The Municipality will now submit the documents, as well as all submissions made at the public hearing, to Community Planning for their review and comment. We anticipate this step will take a couple of months.
The latest drafts of the Official Community Plan and Zoning Bylaw are available by clicking the links below. We are providing these documents ahead of time as there may be a situation where a development or subdivision will have to meet the requirements of the new bylaws part way through the process.
